Hello,
My parents owned a campground with several abandonded trailers over the years. In one trailer there was a bag that has several hundered of these Motorola chips. Are they worth anything? Is there recycled metals in them (gold) that can be sold?
I think the chips would be worth more than any precious metals. I think they are a little hard to find so please sell them and get them in the market for those looking.

No matter how old they may be, I think it would be such a pity to scrap out the gold from them. If I were you, I’d do just as LeeK suggested, sell them on Ebay or somewhere else.
