My old LPC Programmer (CheapLPC) for Xbox modchip
The CheapLPC is a flashrom burner for the SST49LF020 chip, The Software can read back, and verify the contents of the chip.
The software is also compatible with any other CheapLPC based programmer, like that used in the Martrix by Xodus, Ozx Prog by OZx Modchips, Neurosys, and a few others.

Hi,
nice programmer.
I’m trying to do the same following the link http://rex.xbox-scene.com/LPC2/LPC2.html.
I have some question.
How to build the daughter LPC PCB board?How to connect the SST 49LF020?
Thanks

Hi! Is this work with 49lf040? Thanks.
yes, i think it use the same pinout , only much bigger.
join the bios with: copy /b bios.bin bios.bin join.bin
and burn join.bin
Hi, I love this tiny device for flash Rom, it is great work without complexities
I have (SST 41FL004B, 33-4C-NHE) Motherboard bios ROM do you think it will work?
I want to go first with LPC^2 (the easy one)
I have (SST 49FL004B, 33-4C-NHE) Motherboard bios, ROM do you think it will reprogrammed LPC^2.2 ?
@AliG
Hi Alig,
No, ID of this chip is not supported, you need a Willem Programmer, but also with Willem you have some problem to re-flash. Sorry, but i don’t know the characteristic of this chip.

Dave.
Hi Dave,
Thank you for reply, when i read SST49LF020 chip i think its same family of SST49FL004B
Then i read datasheet for SST49LF020 saying (2 Megabit LPC Flash,flash memory device is designed to interface with the LPC bus for PC and Internet Applicance applications)
And SST49FL004B (4 Mbit LPC Firmware Flash, flash memory device is designed to
interface with host controllers (chipsets) that support a lowpin-count (LPC) interface for BIOS applications) there is big difference.

I think this Device “Nano Bios programmer” is better than Willem Programmer http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270449469749
anyway i wish to assemble the device by my self, but no luck. again thanks to you

Hi, I need to make some programmer for PLCC32 bios motherboard. I like this programmer and in my city nobody sell… Can you send me please some diagram for make this programmer? or show me how to make miguel_afp_007@msn.com
@Yoshincha
Hi,
I have lost the diagram many years ago. The only one is in the photo (low res).
You can buy a modern one, example:
