Contiki is a small, open source, highly portable, multitasking computer operating system developed for use on a number of memory-constrained networked systems ranging from 8-bit computers to embedded systems on microcontrollers, including sensor network motes.
The name Contiki comes from Thor Heyerdahl’s famous Kon-Tiki raft.
The Contiki 2.x contains only very little assembler coding and even less target-specific assembler coding. This allowed for easy porting to targets beside the C64 namely the C128 and Apple II. Porting to other cc65 targets wasn’t done due to missing Ethernet hardware.
The major changes are:
- Support of the Atari 8-bit machines with the ethernet cart described on http://www.atari8ethernet.com
- FTP client app (only download although UI suggests upload too)
- Twitter client with OAuth workaround (using SuperTweet.net)
- New high contrast color scheme for Contiki UI apps on the C64.

- sysline detection added also during pass 1. Very rarely needed but still happened a couple of times that a sysline re-evaluation is done by the unpacker so can’t be avoided.
- Slightly better $d011 handling, should help bypass more intros.
- Added handling on more alternative kernal entry points.
- Limit numeric parameters to $ffff
For the latest scanners added look the readme inside the archive.

The Chipophone is a homemade 8-bit synthesizer, especially suited for live chiptune playing. It has been built inside an old electronic organ.
All the original tone-generating parts have been disconnected, and the keys, pedals, knobs and switches rerouted to a microcontroller which transforms them into MIDI signals.
Those are then parsed by a second microcontroller, which acts as a synthesizer.
Here some video examples:

CBM-Command is a disk manager for the Commodore 64 / Commodore 128 / Commodore VIC20 and Commodore C16 computers. It is written like Norton Commander or Midnight Commander, but is much simpler due to the target platforms. Both the C128/C64/VIC20/C16 have their own native version of the application.
Release Notes – Version 2.0 Beta 2 – 2011-01-01
Changes:
- (64, 128, Plus/4) Changed the timing code back to version 1.7 because the clock() function in cc65 does not reflect accurate timing.
- (VIC, PET) The time(NULL) function is not available on these targets and thus had to be removed.
- Help Hot-Key Fixed – Now when you press either F1 or H you get the help file (if the CBM-Command disk is in the drive you started CBM-Command from).
- Updated Help File – the new help file by popmilo has been incorporated into the disk.
- Directory navigation hot keys fixed.
Known Issues:
- None – if you have a bug to report, PLEASE do so to the CBM-Command website or mailing list.

Many thanks to Fabio D. Bovelacci for his donation. This is my second computer (ZX-81 is the first one), i spent a significant portion of my childhood in front of this one.
from old-computers.com homepage:
The SC-3000 is a computer based on the hardware of the first videogame systems released by Sega in Japan : the SG-1000 series. It can use the same game cartridges marketed for these consoles.
The SC3000 can’t be used without a ROM cartridge, which can be either a game or language. There were three different BASIC cartridges. One came with only 1Kb of RAM (and you had only 512 bytes free !), the second with 16Kb and the last with 32Kb. In official adverts, they show a total RAM of 48Kb. This was counting the VRAM and the 32Kb BASIC cartridge…
Several great games were adapted by Sega for this computer. Several graphic characteristics of the SC-3000 are fairly close to MSX ones. For example, it was one of the first computers to offer 32 sprites. Some months later, Sega released the SC-3000 H which was the same system but with a mechanical keyboard.
This computer was also marketed by Yeno under the same name (Yeno SC 3000 & SC 3000H). It was exactly the same computer except for the Yeno brand…
